Mezze is a family business established in January 1991. The concept was a vision of Siham Khalil,(co-founder), who came up with the business idea while volunteering at a local NGO. In order to help empower women Siham hired women who would craft frozen Lebanese mezze ready to eat for the professionals and young working couples. In 2011, the family reinvested in the operations acquiring ISO 22,000 certification and implemented modern management and food safety processes. As we approach our 30th anniversary, Mezze continues to be a 100% Lebanese empowered business, using quality ingredients, stringent food safety control measures, no artificial colourings, no additives and above all, we still hand finish all our products.
